You tell us what you would like to arrange, through the inquiry form or our contact page. A planner replies personally, usually within one business day, to clarify the details. We then prepare a written proposal with options, prices and conditions. Once you accept it, we confirm the arrangements with the providers and coordinate everything up to and during your experience.

We currently plan experiences in Lake Como, Milan, Alicante & Costa Blanca, Marbella, Ibiza, Mallorca, Amalfi Coast, Tuscany. Not every service is available in every destination, and each destination page lists what we arrange there. If you have somewhere else in Spain or Italy in mind, ask us and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

Yes. Many requests combine several things, for example a villa, a yacht day and a private chef. You can select several experiences in the same request, and you receive one proposal and one point of contact for all of them.

We do not publish fixed prices because every arrangement is different. Your proposal shows the total price for each service, based on the provider's rates, the season and your choices. Our fees are included unless stated otherwise. We may receive a commission from providers, but it never increases the total price shown in your proposal.

As early as you can for July and August, popular dates and villas: four to eight weeks ahead for yachts and proposals, and earlier for villas. In spring and autumn a week or two is often enough. Last-minute requests are welcome, and we will tell you honestly what is still possible.

Payment terms and cancellation conditions depend on the providers involved and are stated in your proposal before you commit. Many providers require a deposit to secure a date, with the balance due before the service. We never ask for payment for anything that is not in a proposal you have accepted. Independent local providers, such as charter operators, chauffeur companies, chefs, villa owners, photographers and florists. We do not own yachts, vehicles or properties. Your written confirmation names the provider of each service, and the provider's own terms apply alongside ours.

Usually, yes. Dietary requirements, accessibility needs, surprises, children and particular timings are part of everyday planning. Tell us what matters to you in your request. If something cannot be done safely or reliably, we will say so and suggest an alternative.
