- One to two weeks for private chefs in high season. Popular restaurants may require booking much further ahead and cannot always be guaranteed.

Can the chef accommodate dietary requirements?
Yes. Share allergies and preferences in your request, and they will be built into the proposed menu.
Do we need a fully equipped kitchen?
A standard villa kitchen is usually sufficient. The chef will confirm any equipment needs in advance.
Can you get us a table at any restaurant?
We will help where we can, but we never promise reservations a restaurant has not confirmed.
What happens after I submit a request?
We review every request personally. You will hear from us by your preferred contact method — usually within one business day — to clarify details, after which we prepare a tailored proposal with clear pricing for your approval. Nothing is booked until you confirm.
