Booking & Cancellation Policy
Clear, written conditions for every arrangement — agreed before you commit.
Last updated: 14 October 2026
How booking works
- You send a request — this is free and carries no obligation.
- We send a written proposal with prices, payment schedule and cancellation conditions for each service.
- Once you accept the proposal and make any required payment, we confirm the arrangements in writing.
Payments
Payment terms depend on the services involved and are stated in your proposal. Many suppliers require a deposit to secure a date, with the balance due before the service. We will never ask for payment for services that are not set out in a proposal you have accepted.
Cancellation by you
Cancellation conditions vary by supplier and service — for example, yacht charters, flights, villas and events each have different terms. The conditions that apply to your booking are listed in your proposal and confirmation. Please contact us using the contact form on our Contact page as soon as possible if your plans change.
Changes
We will always try to accommodate changes. Changes depend on supplier availability and may affect the price; we will confirm any difference before making a change.
Weather and safety
Sea, air and outdoor experiences depend on weather and safety conditions. If a supplier cancels for safety reasons, we will offer an alternative date or the remedy set out in the supplier’s conditions stated in your confirmation.
Cancellation by a supplier
If a supplier is unable to provide a confirmed service, we will propose a comparable alternative where possible, or arrange the refund to which you are entitled for that service.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical expenses and the activities you have planned.
