About our service
Serenaia provides concierge, planning and coordination services. Services such as yacht charters, flights, transport, accommodation, dining and events are provided by independent third-party suppliers. We do not own or operate yachts, aircraft, vehicles, venues or properties.
Requests and proposals
Sending a request through this website does not create a booking or any obligation for you or for us. After reviewing your request we may send you a written proposal setting out the services, prices, payment terms and the applicable cancellation conditions. Proposals are subject to supplier availability until confirmed.
Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when you have accepted a proposal in writing, any required payment has been received, and we have sent you a written confirmation. The confirmation identifies the supplier(s) delivering each service.
Prices
Prices are stated in your proposal and include our fees unless stated otherwise. We may receive commissions from suppliers; this does not increase the total price stated in your proposal. Taxes, deposits and local charges are shown where applicable.
Supplier terms
Each service is subject to the supplier’s own terms, including safety rules, licensing conditions, weather-related decisions and capacity limits. Captains, pilots and drivers have final authority over matters of safety. Relevant supplier conditions are shared with your proposal.
Changes and cancellations
Please see our Booking & Cancellation Policy. The specific conditions stated in your confirmed proposal take precedence.
Liability
We carry out our planning and coordination services with reasonable care and skill. Suppliers are responsible for the services they provide. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Website content
