What happens if my flight is delayed?
For airport pickups we share your flight number with the driver, who tracks arrival times. Waiting-time policies are stated in your proposal.
Can you arrange a transfer between Spain and Italy?
Long cross-border drives are rarely practical. We usually combine a flight with chauffeured transfers at each end.
Are vehicles and drivers licensed?
We only work with operators who hold the appropriate private-hire licences and insurance in their region.
